Even though I am not a client, the blog is a MUST read–very informative and makes me feel like a long distance client. If I lived in OC I would definitely be a "real" client. It's extremely informative, constantly updated and integrates the clients in a familial way. It doesn't hurt that their trainers are some of the best I've experienced as well!
